Boost Your Git DX now has a free sample
Last week, I released the second update to my book Boost Your Git DX. Today I’m happy to announce that I have released a free sample of the book.
The sample includes the introduction and first three chapters of content, covering:
- Global Configuration
- Aliases
- Shell Configuration

It took a little while to figure out how to create a free sample using my writing tool, Sphinx (as used by the Python and Django documentation). I still haven’t perfected it, which is why the sample is only rendered as a PDF for now. But I’m glad I have—the existing “free sample” blog posts aren’t quite the same thing as being able to flip through the book in your preferred reader.
